The whole port deal with the UAE brings up a LOT of interesting points. As I've been reading, the UAE is fairly moderate where Arab/Muslim countries are concerned, and in fact ahve come under pressurer from other Arab nations for being too close to the US in terms of policies and friendship. And voiding the deal at this point will certainly look like bigotry to Arabs and Muslims. What about Democrats/liberals that are against it? Isn't that going against all their crap they've been spouting about being tolerant and all that jazz?
